• Return of unused and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 7 days of purchase
• Returns must be accompanied by sales slip and all original packaging, including shoe box
• Sale items are final sale
• All jewelry is final sale
• Pumpz  & Company does not accept checks
• Merchandise paid for with cash will be refunded by check 10 days after return
• Merchandise charged to a credit card will be credited to purchasing card or Pumpz store credit
• Pumpz will accept merchandise for repairs due to manufacturer defect only within 30 days of purchase
