Returns
No returns on sale items, jewelry, or special orders. Online and mail orders that are returned or exchanged must be received in-store within 14 days of post-marked date. We strongly recommend requesting an exchange as soon as possible in order to meet our 14 day policy. Pumpz will not accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with tags attached, box in good condition, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt.
