Suede is the underside of leather, sanded to give it a soft and smooth feel. It comes from farms in the Rio Grande do Sul region and is tanned in Brazil without harmful or prohibited chemicals. VEJA uses dyes that meet regulations and prioritizes responsible water use during the tanning process. Special attention is paid to water usage during the tanning process. The suede is also coated with water-repellent oils without PFCs (chemical compounds) to protect the shoes from light rain.

Orders that are placed between Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours pending availability and payment verification. This excludes holidays. Returns
No returns on sale items, jewelry, or special orders. Online and mail orders that are returned or exchanged must be received in-store within 14 days of post-marked date. We strongly recommend requesting an exchange as soon as possible in order to meet our 14 day policy. Pumpz will not accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with tags attached, box in good condition, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. We reserve the right to deny a refund based on the condition or the tardiness of the returned merchandise. A full refund will be given minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.
